We have finally had our first snow here in the UK and that means winter has officially arrived. While we love the aesthetic of it, when we have to schlep to work everyday and it feels like -4 degrees, we don't love it as much...

With that being said, somehow we still manage to get excited when it comes to our outfits/new wardrobe. We thought we would do our usual outfit inspo for the new season and let you know what we will be wearing when we aren't in our pyjamas and slippers!

Large oversized teddy coats were all of our best friends last winter, and we aren't willing to give them up yet. Super cosy and incredibly warm, we can all be snuggly grown women teddies together...

Something new this season for us is head to toe knit. While we obviously wear tons of chunky jumpers every winter, we haven't started with the oh-so-cosy co-ords until now.

Black boots, brown boots, snake boots, leopard boots, over-the-knee boots, basically, all the boots. Other than a mild weather trainer day, you'll see us in boots until the Spring... and even then we don't promise to stop wearing them.

A winter classic for us is faux fur coats, this year we are mixing it up with some fun prints and colours, because well, why not? Plus it makes it all the more fabulous, and who doesn't want that?

Wrapping ourselves up a big oversized scarves, not only makes us feel a bit warmer, but it also makes us feel much more cosy. Typically we love neutral greys and black as they go with everything, make them much more easier to style.

We would love to know what your current winter wardrobe obsession is, because you know, we might need it too...

Can we officially say we are fed up with Spring's indecisiveness? Last week it was reportedly going to be snowing, this week we are having the hottest May bank holiday ever! (Not that we are complaining about that). We want summer sun all the time now, especially as it is looking to be gloriously hot this year...

However in the meantime we may need a jacket or a couple extra layers to throw on for when the temperatures drop in the evening time. You know, when we are in denial that we are actually in fact cold, in our cute shorts and cami.

So here is our current outfit inspirations and the trends we are loving for Spring and Summer 2018.

We are loving these super soft easy neutral looks, and can we discuss how obsessed we are with trousers? A soft flowy pair of trousers with a simple plain top and you're good to go, looking like a fab fashionista? Now, that sounds like our kind of outfit!

Can we take a moment for the denim vibes... we are loving this for our casual everyday. Forget your plain classic skinnies, this year it is all about the mom fit, the distressed details and the baggy oversized jackets. Also, we never thought we would say this, but we are currently living for a double denim look!

Florals for spring? We think not. 2018 is all about the leopards, the polka dots and the stripes. If you're feeling brave you can also easily mix between the 3, just be sure to keep the stripes and polka dots black and white in that case, for a more cohesive polished look.

Brights are back in a big way for spring 2018, and a fun pop of colour could surely inspire the weather to be a brighter also. We are absolutely in love with Hailey Baldwin's full orange look, but a simple bright top with denim looks equally beautiful. Inject as much or as little as you like, but our philosophy on this one has got to be, go big or go home.

Now that you are inspired and have plenty of outfit ideas circulating, what is your favourite of the spring 2018 trends? Let us know in the comments below xx

Ok, ok, ok, we know it's our third Autumn themed blog post in a row... but we just can't help it! We are far too excited with all the Autumn feels and only slightly buzzing from all the Starbucks pumpkin spiced lattes... I think to say it is our favourite season would probably be an understatement.

So here we are with another Autumn themed post only this time it is the fashion! *squeals*! It is finally time for our beautiful leather and suede booties to hit the streets, our gorgeously cosy knits to drown our comfort food food-babies with, seasonal appropriate hats - our classic fedora and the new ever so trendy baker boy hats... and of course our jackets! Aviator jackets, teddy shearling jackets, leather jackets, denim jackets, tailored jackets, blazers... (every type of jacket!) we just cant get them on quick enough.

Another fashion month has come to an end, we have seen new york, london, milan and finally paris. There is set to be many new trends, some exciting, some not so exciting (but hey, that's extravagant runway collection for you!).
As the saying goes, trends come and go, but style lasts forever... so we have rounded up the top 3 shows and top 3 makeup looks that fit in with our already established style and won our Pretty You hearts the moment we saw them. Gorgeous soft pastels, lots of sparkle, beautiful floral embroidery and overall represents an effortless glamour with a very pretty, girly twist. Valentino (obviously...), Alberta Ferretti and Blumarine were most definitely our stand out winners and I think from the pictures below its not hard to see why.
Now for the makeup... Balmain was all about the flawless glowing skin, thick full eyebrows and a super natural glossy lips, something so easy to recreate for a pretty everyday makeup look to the office.
Of course we absolutely love this soft smokey winged eyeshadow at Versace, paired with gold on the bottom lash this is perfect for a dinner and cocktails night with the girls!
Ok, so we know the Topshop Unique glitter eye is a difficult one to recreate without looking like a 5 year old did our makeup, however we can definitely do an 'inspired' look and incorporate some glitter into our look for a glam night out, can't we?!
Be sure to let us know who were your favourites this fashion month in the comments below!
